Cancellation and No-show Policy
- No-Shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of their service.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or less but before the day of appointment will be charged 50% of their service.
- If you are 15 minutes or more late and your stylist is unable to perform the service you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late this will result in the no-show fee as stated above.
(These charges do not go towards your future reservation.)
When you schedule an appointment with us you are making a reservation. A reservation is a guarantee that you and your stylist will be available during that scheduled time.
