Meet The Owner - Hollie Haskins
A lover of beauty and fashion, Owner Hollie Haskins has always felt the hair industry is where she was supposed to be. With small-town Kansas roots and world travel experience, Hollie was inspired to bring the two together giving Session a “Paris of the Plains” feel. Hollie is a National Educator for L’Oreal Professionnel, where she has had the honor to share the stage and class room with some of the most well known hairdressers in the industry. Hollie continues to travel the country with L’Oreal Professionnel educating at their Academy, in salons, and on stage inspiring other hairdressers to learn, grow, and continue to master their craft.
Hollie is Balayage Certified with L’Oreal Professionnel, allowing her to specialize in custom, dimensional hair color always taking into consideration your eye color, face shape, and skin tone. Hollie will give you her suggestions on what best suits you and your lifestyle!
Hollie is also trained and certified in the Kacey Welch Method of hair extensions and believes the KWM hair is truly the best hair on the planet. Bringing Kacey Welch to Kansas City and training 8 of our stylists is something Hollie is super proud of. Hollie then had the honor of working with The Kacey Welch Team at New York Fashion week doing the hair for the Rebecca Minkoff show!
Hollie will typically be working with an associate that she has trained and holds to the highest standards, together giving you the most special treatment.

Alyssa Morgan
A graduate from Paul Mitchell, Alyssa has been doing hair since 2017 and has loved every second of it! She specializes in color, blonding, and long haircuts. She loves working in the beauty industry because of its ability to evolve, grow and help others feel amazing about themselves. She’s excited to be a part of the Session team, where everyone has a dedication to learning, teaching and providing their best services to every client!
Christine Doerge
Christine Doerge stylist of 11 years is a generalist (does all hair services), is a L’Oreal Professionnel Artist, and is certified in the Kacey Welch Method. She loves all things HAIR – dimensional color, extensions (installation and color customization) haircutting, formal styling and bouncy blowouts.. to name a few!
Christine also enjoys educating each guest on the best product regimen and tools at home to achieve their desired looks. She believes the best way to serve her guests is to start with a thorough consultation.
She’d love to have you in her chair and cannot wait to meet you!
Haley Oberheu
Haley is a graduate of Bellus Academy in Manhattan, KS. She is passionate about learning and growing to stay on top of the industry’s trends which earned her the Education Coordinator role at Session. Haley is a Kérastase Artist, so she can help you find the perfect home care routine to keep your hair beautiful and healthy, even outside the salon. Her favorite things to do are balayage, bright blondes, dimensional colors, and extensions, as she is certified in Kacey Welch Method extensions. She enjoys connecting with guests while giving them the best, most relaxing experience possible. Haley typically works with an associate to provide an elevated and efficient experience.
In her free time she loves to go outside and be active. She was a baton twirler for most of her life, twirled in her college marching band, and now she coaches younger twirlers.
Lenzie Conner
Lenzie graduated from Bellus Academy in Manhattan, Kansas before making her way to Kansas City. Her favorite thing growing up was going to the hair salon, that is what inspired her to become a hairstylist. Lenzie loves making my clients look and feel more beautiful. Some of Lenzie’s favorite things to do in the salon are blonding, balayage, and dimensional color, she also really loves long haircuts!
When Lenzie is not in the salon, she is spending time with my friends and family or going out and trying new restaurants in the Kansas City area. Lenzie cannot wait to meet you and looks forward to seeing you in her chair.
Maddie M
Maddie is a graduate of Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, and has been working at Session since her graduation. Maddie’s mission is to make others look and feel their best while providing them with a relaxing environment. Continuing her education is something that is very important to Maddie and she is always excited to learn. Maddie is now Certified in Kacey Welch Method extensions and is excited to be able to offer them to her clients. Some of her favorite things to do are Blonding, and Dimensional color. She loves to meet new people and making connections with them.
In her free time Maddie enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends and traveling! She can not wait to see you in her chair!
Madison Jacobs
Before Madison had even started preschool, she was cutting her doll’s hair and asking to do her own makeup! Her love for the beauty industry just grew as she got older. She was determined to teach herself all there was to know by reading about all the new hair/makeup trends, watching countless video tutorials and always being the one to do her friend’s hair and makeup for the high school dances!
Her passion for hair and makeup never wavered therefore right out of high school she enrolled at Donna’s Academy of Hair Design which she graduated in 2018. But Madison wasn’t going to stop there! She furthered her education by becoming a L’Oréal color ambassador and is also certified in Kacey Welch Method extensions.
With her passion and expertise in both hair and makeup, she was an easy choice for our bridal coordinator specialist at Session Salon!
In her free time, she is hanging out with friends, goes to concerts or just curled up at home, watching her favorite shows and snuggling Eleanor….her miniature labradoodle. Madison is looking forward to having you in her chair for all of your hair and beauty needs!!
Richard
Taleen Adjemian
With a life of aspirations ahead of her, Taleen Adjemian chose to pursue cosmetology with hopes and dreams to craft, cultivate, and enhance the industry in any way she can. Landing an internship position as a senior in high school, then later becoming a receptionist at Session. Taleen has now made her way through the associate program under the amazing Hollie Haskins, (L’Oreal Professionnel educator, and owner of Session Salon) and is now entering into the role of a Level 1 stylist.
With training and continuing education with the Session Team, she is also a certified artist for The Kacey Welch Method Extensions. Taleen has grown to love low-maintenance, lived-in colors, extensions, and blowouts. But most importantly is a lover of furthering her education and keeping up with the industry, as it is always changing. She strives to perform with excellence and help each client feel like their most beautiful self, one Session at a time.
When Taleen isn’t working, you can find her spending time with family, playing pickleball/tennis, on a walk at the park, or traveling whenever she gets the chance.
Taylor Luce
Born and raised in Kansas City, Taylor made her way to Manhattan, KS to attend cosmetology school at Bellus Academy. Taylor could not be more excited to be back in KC! After assisting under Hollie Haskins, Taylor feels confident and excited to offer her talents here at Session Salon. Continuing education is important to Taylor and she is always trying to learn new techniques and styles to curate a look that is specific to each person that sits in her chair.
Outside of work you can find Taylor spending time outdoors often with friends and family. She loves to make connections and is excited to make you look like the best version of yourself!
Tayen Huyett
Tayen is a graduate of Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, KS. She has always loved hair and is always learning as much as she can. Tayen loves blonding, dimensional color, and big transformations, but truly enjoys any service. Now certified in Bellami hair extensions, she can’t wait to give you the hair of your dreams! Tayen has such a passion for education. Not only does she love furthering her own hair knowledge, but she loves to educate her clients on what’s best for their hair. Outside of work you can find Tayen hanging out with friends and family, reading, and getting outdoors as much as she can. She can’t wait to meet you!
