Meet The Owner & Master Stylist - Hollie Haskins

With a lifelong passion for beauty and fashion, Hollie Haskins, owner of Session, has always known the hair industry was her true calling. Rooted in small-town Kansas and enriched by her global travel experiences, Hollie was inspired to blend the best of both worlds, creating a salon that embodies a “Paris of the Plains” ambiance.

As a National Educator for L’Oréal Professionnel, Hollie has had the privilege of sharing the stage and classroom with some of the industry’s most renowned hairdressers. She continues to inspire and educate stylists nationwide, traveling across the country to teach at L’Oréal’s Academy, in salons, and on stage. Hollie’s mission is to encourage fellow hairdressers to learn, grow, and master their craft. In 2024, Hollie was invited into L’Oréal’s Research & Innovation Labs, where she contributed valuable feedback to shape the future of product development in the industry.

Certified in Balayage by L’Oréal Professionnel, Hollie specializes in creating custom, dimensional color that complements your unique eye color, face shape, and skin tone. She provides personalized recommendations to ensure your hair not only looks amazing but also suits your lifestyle. Hollie is also certified and specializes in a variety of extension methods and offers personalized consultations to help you select the perfect solution for your hair goals and beauty budget.

When you sit in Hollie’s chair, you can expect a VIP experience. Not only will Hollie design bespoke color or extensions tailored to you, but her associate and Richard will assist with shampooing, haircuts, and blowouts, making your visit feel luxurious and seamless from start to finish.

As Hollie transitions to working just two days a week behind the chair, she wants you to know that if you’re unable to secure an appointment with her, she’s more than happy to personally recommend one of the other talented Session stylists. Since opening Session in 2020, Hollie has made it a priority to nurture and grow her entire team, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service, no matter which stylist they see.

Meet Christine, one of our talented Master Stylists at Session and a proud L’Oréal Professionnel Artist. With a passion for healthy haircare, dimensional color, voluminous styles, and custom-tailored haircuts, Christine brings artistry and expertise to everything she does. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s inspiring hairstylists across the country through her educational work.

Christine is also extension certified, offering a range of installation methods to help you achieve your dream look. Dedicated to truly listening to your hair goals and concerns, she will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your needs. Ready to start your hair journey? Dallas brings over a decade of experience behind the chair to Session Salon, where his precision, creativity, and dedication to individualized service shine. Known for his keen eye for detail, Dallas curates custom cuts, color, and styles that feel effortlessly natural and elevated. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of hair, developed through years of hands-on expertise and extensive education from L’Oreal Professionnel, Kerastase, and R+Co.

Dallas thrives to make every appointment a personalized and elevated experience. Whether you’re after a transformative change or low-maintenance luxury, his goal is always the same: to help you have consistently great hair days.

Outside the salon, Dallas enjoys life with his wife, two dogs, and a cat — a pack of adventurers who love to explore new places. His dream destination? Spain, with a glass of amaro in hand and a bowl of olives nearby.

A graduate from Paul Mitchell, Alyssa has been doing hair since 2017 and has loved every second of it! She specializes in color, blonding, and long haircuts. She loves working in the beauty industry because of its ability to evolve, grow and help others feel amazing about themselves. She’s excited to be a part of the Session team, where everyone has a dedication to learning, teaching and providing their best services to every client!

As a creative and lover of science, Tayen thinks of the beauty industry as the best of both worlds! She loves to use her knowledge and skills to make people look and feel their best.

Tayen aims to specialize in extensions and dimensional color. With her certification in Bellami extensions, she’s been trained in 5 different methods to offer fully customized installs. You can expect her to prioritize your hair health and consider every detail when creating your dream hair.

Tayen has a passion for education and plans to never stop learning, especially when it comes to scalp care and healthy hair. She loves to research new products, hair trends, and educate her clients on the perfect routine for their hair type.

Outside of the salon, Tayen loves to read, bake, and always has a movie playing. She loves the connections she makes behind the chair and can’t wait to meet you!

Taleen Adjemian is a passionate and dedicated Senior Stylist and Kerastase Ambassador at Session Salon, where she brings her vision to life—transforming the beauty industry, one guest at a time. With a deep-rooted love for cosmetology, Taleen’s journey began with an internship in high school and blossomed as she advanced from receptionist to stylist, eventually training under the mentorship of Hollie Haskins, L’Oreal Professionnel educator and owner of Session Salon.

Her commitment to excellence has led Taleen to specialize in creating healthy, radiant hair through tailored care and luxurious products. As a Kerastase Ambassador, she participates in exclusive trainings and takes pride in educating her guests on the best hair care routines, prioritizing the health and vitality of every strand.
Taleen is also a certified artist for The Kacey Welch Method Extensions and Bellami Hair Extensions, bringing added expertise to her craft. She has developed a love for creating low-maintenance, lived-in colors and extensions that enhance her clients’ natural beauty, all while keeping up with the ever-evolving beauty landscape through continuous education.

Above all, Taleen is driven by the desire to make each guest feel their most beautiful, offering exceptional service with every session. Whether she’s crafting a new look, providing personalized hair care advice, or simply offering a moment of relaxation, her goal is always the same: to help her clients feel confident and empowered.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Taleen enjoying quality time with family, playing pickleball or tennis, strolling through the park, or traveling to new destinations whenever possible.

After graduating 11 years ago from Eric Fisher Academy, Richard went on to Eric Fisher Salons in Wichita, KS, where he received thorough training with a strong emphasis on color. After deciding to make a career move, he now calls Session his salon home where he will specialize in haircutting of all lengths, shapes and hair formations. Although his passion lies strongly with cutting because he knows that a good cut can help give his guests the confidence they deserve, Richard still loves to do some beautiful hair color and believes a great cut starts with a consultation.

If you sit in his chair not only will he listen and make suggestions on what is best suited for each guest, he will educate on proper styling and product usage. When he isn’t behind the chair you can find Richard sharing his knowledge and love for cutting hair with other stylists, as well as seeking out more education to give his guests the best experience possible. He can’t wait to have you in his chair!

Maddie is a graduate of Z Hair Academy in Overland Park, and has been working at Session since her graduation. Maddie’s mission is to make others look and feel their best while providing them with a relaxing environment. Continuing her education is something that is very important to Maddie and she is always excited to learn. Maddie is now Certified in Kacey Welch Method extensions and is excited to be able to offer them to her clients. Some of her favorite things to do are Blonding, and Dimensional color. She loves to meet new people and making connections with them.

In her free time Maddie enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends and traveling! She can not wait to see you in her chair!

Sophie is a graduate from Z Hair Academy in the northland, and loves learning new hair techniques. Sophie’s passion is creativity and dedication, she loves making you feel and look like the best version of yourself.

Sophie will probably always have you laughing in her chair with her bubbly and fun personality, her favorite things to do are blondes, dimensional color, and balayage.

Outside of work Sophie enjoys starting new projects in her home, binge watching her favorite shows, and spending time with family.

Arianna Raya was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Kansas City to pursue new opportunities and continue growing in her career as a stylist. She graduated from Capri College in Bettendorf, Iowa, and has spent the last year behind the chair honing her craft. Arianna specializes in lived-in color and is Bellami-certified in extensions, creating natural, seamless looks that make her guests feel confident and beautiful.

Known for her upbeat, people-loving personality, Arianna strives to make every appointment fun, comfortable, and uplifting. She’s passionate about building genuine connections and helping each guest leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

Outside the salon, Arianna loves shopping, traveling, spending time with family and friends, anything caffeinated, and doting on her beloved dachshunds.

Natalie is a dedicated hairstylist known for her bright energy, thoughtful approach, and commitment to helping every client feel confident both in and out of her chair. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, she brings a strong technical foundation to her craft, paired with a creative perspective shaped by her diverse background.

Before entering the beauty industry, Natalie earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Missouri State, performing regionally and on cruise ships, an experience that sharpened her eye for artistry, expression, and personal storytelling. Having lived across the U.S. and internationally, she brings a global sensibility and an adaptable, client-centered mindset to her work.

Outside the salon, Natalie teaches cycling and heated mat classes at MOJO on the Plaza, further reflecting her passion for community, motivation, and holistic confidence. She’s also an avid dog lover, having rescued her own pitbull mix, Zsa Zsa.

Natalie is dedicated to creating an inviting, uplifting experience for every guest. Her goal is simple: for each client to leave her chair feeling empowered, cared for, and truly seen.

Annemarie is a stylist with a deep love for beautiful, blended color and creating hair that grows out seamlessly and naturally. A 2025 graduate of Paul Mitchell and certified in multiple extension methods, Annemarie specializes in blonding, lived-in balayage, and dimensional color that enhances each guest’s features and lifestyle. Her passion for continuing education keeps her inspired and at the forefront of evolving trends, techniques, and products.

Known for her calm presence and thoughtful approach, Annemarie is dedicated to truly listening to her guests’ goals. She crafts personalized color, precision cuts, and extension plans designed to maintain hair health while achieving the brightness, balance, or fullness her clients dream of. Whether you’re looking for a soft refresh or a full transformation, she’s committed to providing an elevated, relaxed experience from start to finish.

When she’s not behind the chair, you can find Annemarie playing her guitar or piano, cooking something cozy, or spending time with her husband and family. She believes creativity flows from a full life and brings that same genuine warmth into every appointment.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Taylor made her way to Manhattan, KS to attend cosmetology school at Bellus Academy. Taylor could not be more excited to be back in KC! After assisting under Hollie Haskins, Taylor feels confident and excited to offer her talents here at Session Salon. Continuing education is important to Taylor and she is always trying to learn new techniques and styles to curate a look that is specific to each person that sits in her chair.

Outside of work you can find Taylor spending time outdoors often with friends and family. She loves to make connections and is excited to make you look like the best version of yourself!

Maddie H is a true Kansas City girl and a Paul Mitchell Overland Park graduate. With a lifelong love for style and fashion, she was naturally drawn to the beauty industry and knew cosmetology was the perfect fit. After training under a Session Salon Master Stylist, Maddie is confident in helping you achieve your hair goals and creating a look that feels like you.

Her favorite services include dimensional color, blonding, extensions, and all things styling. Whether you’re looking for effortless, lived-in hair or a total refresh.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find Maddie at a concert venue, traveling whenever she gets the chance, or hanging out with her pups.

My journey in music honed my ability to connect with people, and I’ve carried that talent into my 15+ years of customer service.

As Session’s front desk maestro, I orchestrate every detail to ensure your salon experience is seamless, elevated, and truly enjoyable. From booking your appointments to leading the front desk team with style and precision, I’m here to make your visit exceptional.
